Despite the current dry season in Tanzania, it has rained in Morogoro. For us this is a pleasant surprise! We are in the process of planting the grounds of the Mafiri Children Home.

There is water on the Mafiri grounds.
Where it is otherwise sandy and dust-dry, grasses grow and trees and bushes are lush green.
Access to the water tower: two lanes, the median is planted with palm trees.
