We are ecstatic to announce that after 2 years of preparation, our farm has finally met the requirements for a TOAM Organic Farming Certification. Most of our farm areas were rated as “Excellent”. For now though, the first thing we have to do is to weed our 29 fields, which requires considerably more effort than we had expected.
